Bishop Robert Mitchell earned his undergraduate degree from the esteemed Wilberforce University, a historically black college or university (HBCU) that fostered his academic  and spiritual growth. He furthered his education at the Practical Christianity Institure of Evangelism, where he earned both his Masters and Doctoral degrees.
